Arden House (which can only be rented for 30 days or more) is a wonderful home away from home, about 1/2 a mile from Winthrop Town. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a pull-out twin under a double/full bed. There is also a double futon in the office. All together, the house sleeps 9.

There is plenty of room inside and out, with a covered front porch and a new patio behind the house for outdoor dining. The kitchen has been recently updated with all new appliances. A large dining room table and a comfortable living room make for a great indoor gathering space. There are ping pong and foosball tables in the family room. A new 2-car garage connects to the house with a covered breezeway - appreciated during the snowy winters.

Arden House is in the perfect location for year-round activities, which are all readily accessible. It is a short drive or a 15 - 20 minute walk across the Spring Creek Bridge to town. In ski season it's a short walk to the community trailhead and ice skating rink, and an easy drive to all other major cross-country trails. For fishing, the river is just down the hill and the lakes are all a short drive away.
