This farmhouse is situated in an amazing riverfront location on acreage, on the outskirts of Twisp. It is a well-loved family home that has recently been upgraded, refurbished, and opened up as a nightly rental home. It retains its old fashioned charm, with the addition of a Tree of Life propane stove as you hang out above the river, an outdoor propane fire pit, and a glassed-in deck. You can wander down to river's edge, or just view abundant wildlife that goes to the watering hole. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed, and one on the main floor with Queen bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The house features 2 bathrooms. The location is the best of both worlds...country and riverfront, yet close enough to walk to the Glover Street Market, the Cinnamon Twisp Bakery, the Twisp River Pub, and the Farmers Market.
This is a gated secure home with access to a two-car garage and three enclosed carports that might be desirable for car, or motorcycle clubs.
There is a new forced air furnace with heat pump (A/C). There is a high-speed internet/WIFI, TV: Dish Network: with BlueRay DVD. Infants are welcome and there is a high chair in the house, but cribs and day-cribs will be the guest's responsibility.
