No SmokingOlivia decided that it was time for her to build her own dream house, and this is it...a gorgeous, modern, artistic riverfront home, a short stroll from old west Winthrop shops and eateries, and an even quicker drive.
Summer is a wonderful time to visit here with it easy outdoor access, shaded patio, and BBQ. The house is located near River Run Inn, and shares the lawn and low-bank riverfront access...a great place to put the inner tube in the river and float downstream.
The house is basically divided into two long rectangles, with the living room/dining/and kitchen on one side. The other side was Olivia's 'private' side, having a Queen bedroom with a large walk-through closet that connects to the bathroom. The 'walk-through' has been converted to a pass-through Bunk Bed room/laundry room. That same bath is also accessed on the opposite side through, what used to be, the art studio, which now contains a Double and Twin Bunk bed.
The house is well appointed for wheelchairs.

My group of 5 adults and 2 kids had a great trip and stay in Winthrop. Everything was as described. The place was as quiet, modern, and spotless. We would stay here again!
NO WIFI. Starlink did not recognize the Olivia’s River House network or oliviasriverhouse password. We had two phone conversations with Methow Reservations personnel who did not resolve the issue, or offer to send help.
This place was gorgeous and amazing for our girl trip. We had all our questions answered right away. We loved the bathrooms, amazing!!!
