Walk to the Barnyard Theater for a first-run movie and a glass of wine or another beverage—a short walk to the Winthrop Ice Rink. An easy 115-minute walk to downtown Winthrop shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and dining options make this a prime location for your getaway!

Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the house or on the property. Thank you.The Space: There is a full kitchen with a new refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookie sheets, electric hot water kettle, pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a Smart TV and a SimpliFire electric fireplace in the living room that provides ambiance and heat. Air-conditioned. Large covered patio with gas BBQ and seating for enjoying the views.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Living room has a Double Sofa Bed. Main Bathroom has a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub to soothe your body after a day of hiking, skiing, or floating the river. The powder room has a toilet and sink. Utility room has a shower stall and a sink. Parking for 2 cars, one in carport and one uncovered. Electric car charging available to renters.
INTERNET POLICY. PLEASE NOTE: We strive to provide the best internet service we can get here in the very rural Methow Valley. Internet speeds vary throughout the valley, and outages or tech issues beyond our control can occur; for these reasons, NO REFUNDS are given if the internet is problematic. Public internet is available at the Winthrop library with enhanced internet speed. Alternatively, for a fee you can go to the Dropzone in downtown Winthrop.
IMPORTANT WINTER INFORMATION: If you travel to the Methow during the winter months, please be prepared for winter driving (keep chains, a shovel, etc. in the car). There are a limited number of plow companies, and neither the Methow Reservations nor the owners of the house control the plow company's schedule.

Perfect stay! Wonderful house, excellent location, and very thoughtful hosts!
Terrific place to stay. Deer grazed through the yard multiple times which was fun to watch. Super comfortable and very close to all amenities. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us, it was lovely and very comfortable!!
Overall the place was a very enjoyable place to stay while we were visiting the cascades. It’s a close walk (or very short drive) to the grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater, and downtown Winthrop. The home was well stocked and also has views of the foothills from the patio. I would recommend and would stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adventure Lodge, the appliances were top tier and the kitchen had every utensil, pan and/or gadget we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of lighting (even in the closet) and multiple outlets throughout the home. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the covered patio that was adjacent to the pedestrian/bike path. I would highly recommend the Adventure Lodge and am already contemplating my next visit.
We came to Winthrop in July 2024 for the Rhythm and Blues Festival and had a great time! This property was very clean and new. It was very warm during our stay so it was nice to have air-conditioning in every room. The outdoor patio was great for relaxing and it was very peaceful. Our stay was enjoyed by all. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our visit to North Cascades National Park. The neighborhood was so well kept and near the walking path into town. The area was quiet and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!

From start to finish a really great experience! Answered our questions prior to booking to help pick the right place, very responsive and helpful. Upon arriving with our very easy and accurate directions it was simple to park and get in. The space is spotless, well appointed and comfortable. A wonderful spot for our family to stretch out, the patio off the walking trail was a favorite for us. The kitchen is great, beds and baths are great. Beautiful view and great little town nearby. Overall a fantastic experience, we would stay again with our family of five! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Right off the main trail to access downtown and East Winthrop, this house is in a great location. In one direction we enjoyed morning walks into town for coffee. In the other direction is a movie theater and great pizza. The house itself is a lovely place to take a break from the sun - spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The carport was awesome. It kept our vehicle cool and we really enjoyed loading/unloading out of the weather. The deck always had a nice breeze and it was perfectly oriented to see the last light of the day paint the mountains in the distance.
