Walk to the Barnyard Theater and enjoy a first run movie and a glass of wine or beverage. A short walk to the Winthrop Ice Rink. An easy 15 minute walk to downtown Winthrop shops and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the grocery store and dining options makes this a prime location for your getaway!

About this rental:-House 1100 sq ft. -2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (queen sofa bed). -2 bathrooms. -Covered patio. -Carport for one car, uncovered parking for second car.

The Space: There is a full kitchen with all new refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookie sheets, electric mixer, electric hot water kettle, pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc . There is a Smart TV and a SimpliFire electric fireplace in the living room provides ambience and heat. Air conditioned. Large covered patio with gas BBQ and seating for enjoying the views.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Living room has a Double Sofa Bed. Master Bathroom has a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub to soothe your body after a day of hiking, skiing or floating the river. Powder room has a toilet and sink. Utility room has a shower stall and a sink. Parking for 2 cars, one in carport and one uncovered. Electric car charging available to renters.

INTERNET POLICY. PLEASE NOTE: We strive to provide the best internet service we can get here in the very rural Methow Valley. Internet speeds vary throughout the valley and outages or tech issues can occur that we have no control over, and for these reasons NO REFUNDS are given if the internet is problematic. Public internet is available at the Winthrop library with enhanced internet speed. Alternatively, for a fee you can go to the Dropzone in downtown Winthrop.

IMPORTANT WINTER INFORMATION: If you travel to the Methow during the winter months please be prepared for winter driving (keep chains, shovel, etc. in the car). There are a limited number of plow companies and Methow Reservations nor the owners of the house control the plow company schedule.
