Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the deck overlooking the Chewuch River while you BBQ on the Weber grill. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to do their cooking inside.
After a great meal and day in the sun (or skiing during winter months), sit and enjoy the glow from the gas fireplace in the living room and watch a movie or enjoy the many games provided.
Bella Rio has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(tub/shower combo in each), providing lodging accommodations for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, sliding glass door onto the deck, and a full bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen bed and access door to the main bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. WIFI is available! Additionally, you will find a stereo with CD & cassette, Smart TV and a BBQ(not available if a burn ban is in effect (bring your own briquettes).

This place was great. Super close to town and the back deck sits right over the river. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all of the essentials. The house was very clean when we arrived. Not a lengthy checkout list of things to do either, which was nice. Will definitely stay again!
The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck looking out over the river. Bella Rio was a relaxing retreat for us.
Loved the location an easy stroll from the hustle and bustle of downtown Winthrop. Good launch pad for our bike rides. Furnishings are clean and perfectly adequate.
We really enjoyed our stay in this house. IT was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning and evening. The kitchen was good. Had some basic supplies which we appreciated.
It was very nice and comfortable. Brought my mom's ashes home to the Valley, we spread her ashes up Cutthroat creek where we spread my dad's several years ago. Very emotional trip.
We loved our stay at Bella Rio! Beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere made this a wonderful family getaway. Beds were comfortable and cabin was spacious for our family of 5. We made the walk into town several times. Many options for food and drinks. Unfortunately had make some changes to our plans due to the wildfires but there are so many beautiful places to see in the North Cascades we were not disappointed. Thank you Bella Rio for hosting us! We would love to stay again!
Suited us fine for our stay in Winthrop. The house was very comfortable and larger than it looks in the photo.
This little cabin is wonderfully located close to town and up above the river. Sitting outside with my almost 80 yr old parents was lovely. The beds were so comfortable however the air conditioning is a unit in the living room up above the sofa. Which keeps the common areas comfortable but not much for the rooms. Ceiling fans and table fans were available to use which was fantastic. Would love to stay here again during the fall for the gorgeous views.
Great location and easy access to all the Methow valley has to offer. My family of four had plenty of room and enjoyed the river views from the deck.
Hiking the North Cascades
Had a nice stay in Winthrop with friends. We haven’t been back for 17 years and things have changed some. Nice to have an air conditioner in the home. Beds were comfortable and the view beautiful with many deer visitors.
As advertised. Peaceful setting. Walking distance to to Main Street shops and food.

Bella Rio was perfect for our family of 4 skiing adults to stay for a week. Loved the view of the Chewuch River and being able to walk into town. Especially liked having 2 bathrooms, chests of drawers in bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, thermostat control in each room, hangers in the closets, and the washer/dryer. Planning on our third stay next year!
We loved this property! It was close enough to town to walk, it had a lovely view of the river off the back deck.
What a great place to stay! The location was perfect, just two blocks from town. There is also a short walking path close by too. We enjoyed a trip to the North Cascades to do the Blue Mountain Trail, which was absolutely a must for those who like to hike. The cuteness of this home is so inviting and relaxing. The deck overlooks the river and was so relaxing. All the amenities were provided that you would need. Loved, loved, LOVED this location. It was so cute and spacious. Would definitely rent this again and plan to next visit to Winthrop!!
