Casa Bogart, originally built in the early 1900’s, was the 40-year home of former Winthrop Mayor Warren Badger and family and has recently been restored to its early 1900’s era charm. Visitors can enjoy sitting on the veranda, overlooking Winthrop and the surrounding hills and mountains. The fenced yard and garden are peace filled and gorgeous.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a king bed. There is a 2-car carport and, of course, access to the decks and yard.
