Casa Bogart, originally built in the early 1900’s, was the 40-year home of former Winthrop Mayor Warren Badger and family and has recently been restored to its early 1900’s era charm. Visitors can enjoy sitting on the veranda, overlooking Winthrop and the surrounding hills and mountains. The fenced yard and garden are peace filled and gorgeous.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a king bed. There is a 2-car carport with an EV 50 amp charging station and, of course, access to the decks and yard.

Unique and comfortable house with all the amenities we needed. The location is incredible with all of downtown just a short stroll around the corner. Highly recommended.
Would stay here again, though would book through their own site next time. it was really big with a fully fenced back yard for our medium sized dog (may be some gaps for little dogs).I loved all the sitting areas and lots of space to work while my family skiied.
It was nice having a separate puzzle table in the living room.

Perfect weekend away. The house is even cuter in person and so centrally located. Everything you could need for a really nice stay. Comfy for 7 people and the apples in the yard are tasty too.
This house is absolutely adorable, and in the heart of downtown Winthrop… Had a friends getaway, the three bedrooms were perfect for us and our two dogs… The fenced in backyard with wrap around covered deck was amazing, and I loved the neighborhood!

Our stay was even more wonderful than expected. The garden was beautiful and quiet and porch was perfect for hanging out. A very easy walk to and from town and plenty to do in a very short distance. Overall, a perfect dog-friendly stay. Would absolutely book again!
Casa Bogart is one of our favorite lodgings and experiences. We had two small children and two nice dogs which were accommodated very nicely. The kitchen made it a pleasure to cook all of our meals. Very well equipped. We enjoyed the covered porches which were oriented to give shade at different times of day. We feel very great full.
The yard is exquisite, we loved spending hours out there into the late hot evenings. There were darling quail in the yard, doves, a curios cat, many deer (not in the yard but close). The location is wonderful and we had an outstanding time!

It was a perfect place for our party of 6. Plenty of rooms to spread out in and great places to gather outside and in! Loved the fun art pieces and seemed to have everything we needed. Plus walking distance to the Main Street attractions.
