Corky's Cabin is a fun get-a-way for all. One bedroom located on the main floor and a bunk room upstairs provide lodging accommodations for a large family or group. Corky's Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen (you bring the dishwasher), 1 bath, dining/living room and electric heat. The A/C is a'seasonal' window-style upstairs. Nice outdoor areas for enjoying a night around a seasonal camp fire or the river flowing by. Launch your raft right from here and float to the Twisp park for a day of relaxing water fun.
Groomed MVSTA cross-country ski trail access is a quick 5 minute walk from Corky's Cabin.

IT IS RIGHT ON THE RIVER, WILD TURKEYS IN THE BACK YARD...FABULOUS! NATURE IS SO BEAUTIFUL...UNTIL IT WAKES YOU UP AT 6AM :-) LOL

Close to town, right on the Methow River, shade trees--nice!
Warm ambience; felt like a home not just a rental. Downstairs bedroom clothes storage is lacking. A few more hangars would help. Very comfortable cozy living room furniture. Lots of table and floor lamps which add to the warm atmosphere. Laundry would be a big plus but the layout would seem to make that impossible. Faucet fixtures are dated but work well enough. Beautiful river front view including the metal sculptures on the opposite river bank. Appreciate the wild turkeys greeting me upon arrival and each morning. Great location, close to downtown Winthrop and the supermarket.
Proximity to skiing and next to the river. Might be nice to have a small folding (card) table for puzzling or kid activities....
