The 'Foghorn irrigation canal' is more than 100 years old. And over the years, the local animals and plants have figured out that it is a pretty good life there. The trees are mature, and the birds are numerous. And this house shares that little corner of the world.

'Canalside' is a newly built one-bedroom house, complete with hot tub. The owners are particular, and it shows, with high-quality kitchen appliances, a Jotul propane stove, and, oh, did we mention the hot tub? The furniture and bedding are nicely appointed, and there are many other charming details throughout. The full kitchen includes dishes/utensils, range/stove, refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, and coffeemaker with local Lariat Coffee. The bathroom offers heated floors, a walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and other toiletries. Enjoy sitting under the covered patio watching the seasonal canal flowing by. The hot tub is just outside the bedroom under the covered patio. There is also a propane barbecue for outside grilling.

One of the owners is a painter, and her local landscapes are displayed around the house, giving a tour of the valley without leaving the sofa.

Plenty of parking is available, either covered or uncovered, and there is an Enphase high-powered Level 2 40-amp EV charger with a J1772 connector on a 25' cord, located under the carport. A secure storage space for bikes, skis, or other sporting equipment is also located under the carport.

Canalside is close to town, the ski trail system, Winthrop Ice Rink, Barnyard movie theater, and other local amenities- perhaps a 10-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed at this time.
