No SmokingWelcome to this sweet treed haven--a comfortable aerie. This one-bedroom upstairs cabin is located at Wilson Ranch adjacent to The Freestone Inn. The recently-built home features a propane stove as its heating source, with a well appointed kitchen, that includes popcorn maker, espresso machine, and panini grill. There is a queen bedroom and full bath, and a pleasant outdoor entry deck with two-person table and chair. The living area has an additional twin bed-sized dormer sitting area for additional sleeping, if need arises. Additional bedding is provided.
The Freestone Inn, which is about 100 yards away, has a shared hot tub, which is available to the cabin. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the Freestone Inn amenities, including restaurant and the Sandy Butte Bistro & Bar, along with Jack’s Hut Pizza & Brews-all within walking distance. In winter or summer, groomed ski trails and bike trails are available just outside the door. No need to drive to hit the trails, just put skis on and go! The Mazama Store (and bakery) is about a mile away, via highway 20.

Comfy bed, well supplied kitchen, BBQ, lovely Fall views out of every window and twice daily walks around the lake to take in the Autumn season. Close to the Mazama store and trail heads. I will be back!

Goat Peak Loft feels like somewhere you don't want to review, because you want to keep it all to yourself! Had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was provided and the place was spotless when we arrived. As other reviewers have said, it immediately felt like home. Was lovely to sit on the porch or by the little creek at the back and watch birds and deer (that wandered right up). Highly recommended as a base for exploring the North Cascades. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful place! We had a great stay. This was perfect for two people, very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked! The location is great - quiet and easy access to a lot of activities. Owners were super nice! We will definitely return! Thanks

The location was perfect for hiking the the North Cascades. The use of The Firestone Inn's hot tub was a nice bonus. The place was cozy (in terms of ambiance); we had all the space we needed.

Your loft is terrific!! We loved it. What an ideal location for day hiking in the region and a very comfortable loft to return to at the end of each day! We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the firm, supportive bed, the cozy sitting area (especially the sofa!), the convenient parking, and trees outside every window! The hosts were very responsive to our queries and shared helpful info re: local road conditions and a week-end film festival. We'd like to return in the winter when it must be a real wonderland when under snow.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Goat Peak Lofts. Such a wonderful cozy spot, clean, private, beautiful surroundings. We were there to hike the North Cascades. Loved the little general store and coffee and yummy bread spot in the little town that is Mazama. We also took advantage of the hot tub at the Freestone Inn which was absolute heaven after our long hikes and the view from the hot tub is perfection. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

The loft was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and by the stream.The swimming pond 100 yards from the off loft was a wonderful bonus. We appreciated the proximity to Mazama as well as it being well located for going up to the Cascades for hikes.

Great spot for a long weekend away- close to trails and center of Mazama. Great kitchen with all the gadgets you want... super nice stay. We love this little cabin/apartment and hope to be back sometime soon. Thank you.

The Goat Peak Loft is located in a beautiful forested setting. It is peaceful and the view out every window is amazing. It is spotlessly clean and I felt right at home. It is a good location for visiting North Cascades NP. I appreciated the deep soaker bathtub to ease the aches after hiking. I hope I have the opportunity to come back. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven. I am filled with overflowing contentment and peace. The perfect reset to be ready to go back to work.
