No SmokingHazel’s is an historic Winthrop home located right in town on the old western boardwalk. Shopping, restaurants, and a spa are directly adjacent to Hazel’s! Once your car is parked in Hazel’s three-car driveway, everything is just a few steps away.
Hazel’s is a comfortable 5-bedroom house featuring two king and three queen beds, two bathrooms, a propane fireplace, electric heat in the winter, and air conditioning in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a fully stocked spice drawer, coffee maker with grinder, 4-slot toaster, toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, cooking accessories, pots and pans, plenty of cutlery, and more. You should have everything needed to create a gourmet meal!
There is a flat-screen TV with a Bluetooth-capable sound bar and a Blu-ray DVD player. When paired with Hazel’s wireless internet access, it is possible to access your personal streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. Please note that Hazel’s does not have cable TV.
Musicians will enjoy Hazel’s wall-hanging guitar, mandolin, and ukulele. Enjoyable wall art! Venture out back to a fully fenced, peaceful, and private large backyard perched above the Chewuch River. You would never know you are right in town. You’ll find two picnic tables and several chairs in the backyard for outside dining. There is a seating area with a bistro table on the front porch, featuring a pendant light, if you want to watch the rhythm of the town while enjoying your favorite beverage on a warm summer evening.

You can't beat the location of this home! Right in downtown Winthrop. Spacious with a nice backyard. Communication from the host was clear and the listing photos are accurate.
It was a perfect location for our hockey tournament weekend.

There were nine of us but the house feels much larger than it looks like from the outside. It was well decorated with beautiful enlarged photos of the valley on the walls. Kitchen was stocked with many spices and basics like flour, sugar, and salt. Plenty of nice dinnereware and glassware for 10 people. Even though there wasn’t a dishwasher we had no trouble keeping up with handwashing. We visited during winter and the back porch was really helpful as a cooler to supplement the refrigerator. The living and dining areas were combined, so it was easy for nine of us to eat at the table and relax in the living room without feeling crowded. House location was perfect. It was a great value at less than $40 per person per day.
Great little place. The space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of 8, and the location was very walkable. Great place to home-base from for the North Cascades.

This was the perfect spot for a girl's weekend. The house is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house had plenty of space for the 5 of us and very comfortable. The house had the most equipped kitchen of any Airbnb that I've ever been to.
The property was as described. The location is excellent, walking to all sites, no problems. We had enough room for family to all stay together at the wedding. We would stay here again on next trip to Winthrop.
We stayed here for 5 comfortable nights with 9 family members. We enjoyed the backyard, the closeness of shops and restaurants, and the proximity to beautiful trails to hike. This area is my favorite place to visit in Washington and so far this has been my favorite rental. We'll definitely be back!!
We had a group of nine friends and this was the perfect space! We loved the location, right along the boardwalk with access to everything downtown Winthrop has to offer. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for us to make our meals. No complaints here. We would stay again!
We enjoyed the big table while playing games. The guitars were a nice touch. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out.
