If it’s views you seek, Howe House is the lodging choice for you. Enjoy the views from your primary bedroom, or the newly constructed sleeping porch. The expansive views of Virginia Ridge, Lucky Jim Bluff, Sandy Butte, and Grizzly Mountain bring the outdoors to you. The cozy wood-fired hot tub for 2 on the patio completes your outdoor experience. (Wood provided; hot tub is available only during the low-fire-risk season and winter months — generally not available May-Oct).
The principal bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a second, smaller bedroom behind the shared partial wall. The living room has a queen fold-out couch. There is also a sleeping porch with a heater and queen bed-an excellent choice until it gets really cold.
Near the National Forest and only 3 miles to the Ski/Bike Trails.
Wintertime requires a 4-wheel drive or chains to reach this great getaway.
