No SmokingHowling Wolf is a cozy, private 2-story, 1-bedroom, 1-3/4-bathroom cabin with a sleeping loft in the Wolf Creek woods. The main floor has an open living/dining area with a propane stove and a convertible double futon, a full kitchen, and a 3/4 bath with a shower. The second floor features the primary bedroom with private bathroom and jetted soaking tub. There is also a large loft with one queen and 1 twin/trundle bed. Amenities include wifi, an EV Level 2 charger(Adapter needed: NEMA 14-50),an electric bbq grill, tv with dvd/vcr(no reception)
This inviting cabin is a short walk from both the Methow River and the MVSTA Community Trail. You can sit on the front porch or back deck, enjoying the beautiful setting in a grove of Aspens and wild roses, or explore the 40+ acres of shared property, which includes almost half a mile of riverfront.
**Please note...Reservations are for Howling Wolf only, and no additional RVs, tents, or campers are allowed on the property as a part of their reservations.**Howling Wolf Cabin is one of several individually owned lodgings clustered together in the Wolf Creek area. You can rent as little as a single cabin, or combine with other places to accommodate larger groups.
Wolf Creek Lodging is a four-season recreational resort located in the beautiful Methow Valley. Our serene riverside setting on 40 beautiful acres near working farmland offers a peaceful natural environment for complete relaxation, inspiration, and headquarters for exciting recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, river rafting, fishing, and artistic pursuits can also be enjoyed right out your door amidst awe-inspiring scenery. In winter, the Methow Valley is well known for its sunshine and powder snow, providing the best cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, and winter sports to be found anywhere.

Uniquely stlyed handcrafted log cabin set in the woods. Distinctively crafted beams and rails are the hallmark of this one of a kind lodging facility.
Unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fire stove, TV (no reception), VCR/DVD/CD player, phone, and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs consists of a master bedroom with a sleep number bed, and jetted tub in the bath off the bedroom. The loft also contins a queen bed and the single in the loft. The futon in the living room makes into a double bed and has an upgraded futon mattress. There is a balcony off of bedroom which overlooks the peaceful woods.
Howlin' Wolf Cabin is fully furnished with our own hand-crafted log creations which are built on-site.

Well stocked! Wonderfully cozy and classy place to stay. In a usual snow year, it would have been amazing to ski from the cabin.

I loved staying here. Thank you to the hosts for providing this opportunity. Everything you need is there, as described. I've never stayed in a log cabin (and furnished with beautiful log furniture), so it was an amazing experience. I loved sitting on the porch just listening to the wind in the aspens. It's a convenient and beautiful drive to Winthrop (and Twisp). I hope to stay again.

We had a great time. We came up for the weekend to do some fall larch hikes and this was a great home base. Easy to find. My 5 year old loved the small playground. It was nice to walk around the property before dinner. We would love to stay again in warm weather to use the pool!
