Let’s call it ‘antique’. This home is truly Kate’s home, and has been for quite a while. Probably a lot of local folks have lived in this 1910 house over the years. It is nestled in the infamous Burgar Street area of Twisp, where trick-or-treaters are lined up for the funnest Halloween evening ever. The living room has a propane gas fireplace and Smart TV. A dining room is just off the living room. A/C mobile units are available in the kitchen area and in two of the upstairs bedrooms—the large trees on the property help to cool the house in the summer. There are 3 Queen bedrooms, a lovely screened-in front porch, and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a soaker tub. The backyard offers a BBQ and a shaded outdoor dining area. This is a short walk to everything in Twisp. Well-behaved pets are welcome as long as owners leave no trace!
