It is situated in an ideal location in Mazama, with incredible views of Last Chance Mountain, and located on the Methow River-just steps from the large wrap-around deck. The beautiful interior design includes slate and Brazilian cherry floors plus detailed log and pine walls, a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Corian counter tops, and classic cast-iron gas stove. A large master suite with King bed, sitting couch, and charming tiled bathroom with an oversized soaking tub is situated upstairs. A second bedroom with queen bed, and an additional bunk room with twin bunks, are located downstairs. A queen-size sleeper-sofa is located on the upstairs landing. Last Chance Lodge can provide lodging accommodations for up to 8 guests.
Enjoy this beautiful log vacation home just a short walk from 130 feet of prime river-front, set against Last Chance Mountain in the distance. All necessary bedding with cabin comforters, flannel sheets, and towels are included.
Other amenities include: a stack washer/dryer, outdoor river-rock fire pit, stereo CD player with indoor & outdoor speakers, and television with DVD player (no reception).

the house was well stocked with linens, and dishes for cooking. the mattress in the master bedroom was absolutely wonderful, best night of sleep I have had away from home.

Comfortable, beautifully designed log home with lovely river view, including deer that appear on the far bank each morning. Well-appointed kitchen. No need to bring your own knives!

The cabin is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The view is gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet. Downtown Mazama has a gas station, an upscale (lots of organics) general store and a top-notch coffee shop / bakery. We spent our days hiking in North Cascades NP and we would absolutely rent this cabin again. If you're looking to stay in the Mazama area, this is the cabin you want.
Amazing location, magnificent views of Last Chance Peak. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and tableware. The neighborhood is nice and quiet enough that the nearby river was the only thing you could hear at times. Plenty of hot water and the heating warmed up the bedrooms rapidly when the temperatures dipped at night in late summer. I'm sure it works well in the winter too. The bedding and mattresses were super comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice and dark at night with no distracting light sources ensuring excellent sleep. The town of Mazama has a charming feel to it and the Last Chance Lodge is the ideal way to experience Mazama, the Methow Valley area and the North Cascades.

This property was beautiful! It sits right on a river & the views out the windows are so beautiful. We spent time hiking in the North Cascades & took a beautiful drive up the mountain to Barron (if you drive straight instead of turning into the neighborhood). The cabin was perfect for two families with kids. We had a wonderful vacation!!

This is the second time I have stayed in this lovely cabin on the river. It was perfect for our family. So much to do in the area. The house worked out perfectly for us.
