No SmokingYes, you heard it right-The Laundry House. Actually, you can do a lot more than laundry here. This house is next to the community ski trail, and about a mile from Mazama. Located just north of Goat Creek Road, on the same side of the street as the ‘ski field’ in Mazama.
It features an open floor plan with the living/kitchen/and lounging area all in one space, along with a propane stove. Also, is there a separate bedroom with a queen bed? Internet is provided, as well as a TV/DVD player (no reception), and, of course, a washer/dryer.
This one-bedroom cottage is one of 5 nearby Azamazing Trails’ lodgings. This house has a laundry facility at its entrance, hence the name. The ‘front door’ to the cottage is off of this shared space.
Note: Internet is available; however, it is not high-speed. Depending on weather and other conditions, internet may not ‘reach’ the cabin. It is always available at the nearby recycle shed.

Great place! Perfect for our time hiking in the Cascades and visiting the smokejumper base in Winthrop. Rare rental that was as spacious as it looked in the pictures! Everything we needed was provided at this rental. Would be easier to find in the daytime, but we managed it well after dark our first night. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the clear instructions and the fireplace. We spent so much time enjoying the firelight as the sun rose or as night fell. We didn’t use the wax bench but the community area with phone was also so thoughtful!
We have stayed at the Laundry House before and we were delighted to be able to stay there again. The location is fantastic (next to MCT, close to the Mazama store, and quiet area) . The cabin is absolutely lovely: nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, bed is comfortable , very clean and there is no clutter. The living space haas large windows that look into the woods. It is a very cozy space.
Having access to laundry facilities is great. Love the natural light. Need a better cheese grater.
We have stayed at a few Mazama Trails cabins over the years and we LOVE them. The location is just wonderful - quiet, close to amenities, beautiful - and the accommodations themselves are perfect for what we need.
We have enjoyed staying at the Laundry House and Phil's other Mazama Trails cabins for many years. They're always comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. It was an unexpected pleasure to visit with him this trip.
