No SmokingOld West Winthrop, on the river, with a stunning backyard view of the Chewuch River. This historic Winthrop house has been updated beautifully. The kitchen and bathroom are state-of-the-art and charming. The back features lush green grass, with a little bridge that crosses the irrigation ditch, which runs between the house and the Chewuch River. Next door, you can easily cross the Chewuch River on a pedestrian suspension bridge that leads to a riverwalk through 13 acres of open space.
The house features two bedrooms with Queen beds. There is a large table to gather around in the river-view back room, or to sit, work, and gaze at the wildlife that gathers at the watering hole below. The front living room is comfortable, and it is fun to watch the Winthrop goings on. Always something! Well-behaved dogs with conscientious owners welcome.
sThe rear of the house has easy access to the river and to an irrigation ditch that runs from May to early October. The owners would strongly discourage families with young children, especially during irrigation season and early spring runoff.

What an amazing place!! Being right on the river was so beautiful, from the large grassy area with great river access, to the wonderful deck over looking the view. The location at the end of Winthrop’s main street was also appreciated, being able to walk to all the restaurants. The house was very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and everything we could’ve wanted. Highly recommend staying here!!
Amazing location right next to the main shops and restaurants! Nothing negative to say - our stay with our toddler was excellent!
Libby's Landing was a great vacation spot for two adults and our dog. The property was relatively private and quiet despite being so close to the main street that goes through town. Walkability from the house to downtown restaurants, shops and trails was a huge plus. The house was very clean and worked well as a vacation rental. The backyard is exceptional as are the river views from the dining room and the back deck. Kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful time! The home was conveniently located right at the edge of downtown allowing us to walk to shops, restaurants and the park. We loved the porch swing out front and river in the back. Everything was very clean, comfortable and nicely styled with lots of great amenities. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and hope to come back sometime soon!

We loved our stay at Libby's Landing. It was an amazing spot to be right at the end of town and walk to everything. Also, being right on the river was a real treat. We had a wonderful time. Great home base for hiking in the area. Loved being so close to town to easily walk to food and shops. The yard was also amazing. We would 100% stay again.
