Mazama Trails Cabin features a beautifully handcrafted interior and is set in the woods right along the groomed ski trails in Mazama. This one bedroom cabin is the perfect romantic getaway and is located in a quiet and secluded area among the pines. The Mazama Store is a convenient one mile drive, walk or ski from the back porch. The MVSTA ski trail is only steps away.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private bathroom which includes a vintage claw-foot soaking tub. A sofa bed is available in the livingroom. There is also a common bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Have a larger party and need more space? Mazama Trails Duplex is nearby and the two cabins work well for two couples who want their own space.
Note-Internet is available, however not high-speed. Depending on weather and other conditions, internet may not 'reach' the cabin. It is always available at the nearby recycle shed.

The Mazama Trails Cabin was clean and quiet. It's close to hiking and biking trails, yet secluded enough to feel private and peaceful. Highly recommended.

The cabin exceeded expectations! We were disappointed with the park road being closed coming here but the cabin was a great place to hang out and still plenty to do in the area. Go drive up to slate peak and come back and grab some delicious food and drinks at the public house 2 minutes from the cabin in Mazama.

Nice cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Had some issues with wifi at first but everyone was very responsive and helpful and was soon fixed.

We LOVED our cabin, #1!! The fireplace stones are a work of art, love the bear claw:) The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked in the cabling five of six nights, super kitchen. (although the last person opened something sticky with the scissors and didn’t wipe them, not a big thing). The only thing I wished had been there was a salad spinner. But overall, we absolutely loved staying there. The woodwork is fabulous ,the doors, the tub - oh happiness! - the little ski rack by the door, the bed was comfy, all of it so wonderful. Also a nice distance from the next nearest cabin - which was not nearby! Perfect. So fun to look out the window and see people skiing down the trail. The skiing, despite warm and icy conditions, was really good. The trail system is wonderful!!

Great place to stay, wonderful to hop onto the trail. The kitchen is well stocked, the cabin in comfortable but not fussy or fancy.

Appreciate how communicative you both were with the switching around of cabins for both our parties due to the water pipe issues. I imagine these sub-zero temperatures have made for crazy times for you!

Were there any specific amenities you particularly enjoyed -- or missed -- at Mazama Trails Cabin?
There are too many great amenities at Mazama Trails Cabin to list them all! here my personal favorites: the gas fireplace radiating pleasant heat, the bathtub (memorable!!! in every word), the fact that the shower was separate from the tub room, and that there was a door between the commode and the rest of the bathroom; the quality of all the kitchen appliances - that refrigerator didn't make a sounds!!! I have not experienced a fridge that silent in all my life. We stayed in the winter, but I can see how lovely the dining porch would be in the summer - the view of the mountain adds extra charm. The mattress in the bedroom also made a lasting impression on me - I keep wondering: is that a Tempur-Pedic? I noticed the careful selection of the cleaning materials, the dish soap, and the laundry detergent. Garbage and recycling right there - that was nice too! Wishing you all a lovely 2024!
