Room 1 is an upstairs apartment encompassing the entire upper floor of the Riversong Inn. With one Queen/and one King bedroom, it provides comfortable lodging accommodations for up to 4 guests. Features a fully-equipped kitchen, large living and dining area, large comfortable sofa which can be used as a queen sofa sleeper as well, and additional oversized matching recline chairs. Enjoy river views from the large private balcony or from the large picture window in the living room. Additional amenities include: cable TV, air conditioning, and full size bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Room 2 is a one-bedroom suite,with a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, and a separate Queen bedroom. There is a butler's kitchen which allows for some nice simple meal preparation-with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen sink.

Features include cable TV, air conditioning, private fenced patio with a river view and large bathroom with shower/bathtub combination.

Rm. 3 is beautiful, large river-view room with king bed, two leather recliners, electric fireplace and a private fenced patio. There is also a butler's kitchen, with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen sink-which is ideal for an extended stay. Cable TV, air conditioning, and a large bathroom with tub/shower combination.

*Your dog is welcome in the Rippling River room (only). It is the responsibility of the owner to keep the dog from barking continuously because it may disturb other guests in our building. Please bring a bed or kennel for your dog. No dogs are allowed on any of the furniture. If excessive dog hair is found on it then extra charges beyond the standard pet fee may be applied. When your dog needs a bathroom break, the owner is asked to pick up and dispose of remains as soon as possible. Your dog is not to be left unattended in the room at anytime.*
