No SmokingRocky Top is a charming modern log cabin located in the Edelweiss area of Mazama, adjacent to the National Forest. Cute and cozy with one bedroom with Queen bed, fully-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The living room has a gas fireplace and electric heat.
Relax and enjoy the sunshine and multitude of birds from the picnic table or gaze at the mountain views from the spacious deck. Mountain bike straight from the cabin and enjoy the Rendezvous trails up behind Edelweiss, or the many trails along the Valley floor, just minutes away. Groomed MVSTA cross-country ski trail access is just a short drive away in winter.
Enjoy the shopping, arts, and dining of Winthrop, just a 15 minute drive from the cabin. Rocky Top is perfectly situated in the upper Methow Valley for maximum access to all it has to offer you while on vacation.
Please note-In winter the driveway can be icy so a 4-wheel drive car or chains are recommended. It is also possible to park at the base of the driveway and walk up.- Board/Family Games

Loved the outside area, the bath, and the fireplace. Loved the mud room. The entire place was functional and cozy!
The cabin was organized in a way that there was more than adequate room for our luggage, coats, food and us. I personally liked that someone has taken the time to landscape the property leaving an area that is pleasant to be in and to look at. The fenced court yard was a very special touch that allowed our dogs the freedom to move without being on a tether.
A lovely place to stay. Attractive design, good location for our visit to North Cascades.

It was such a great cabin! So cute and much more spacious than the photos let on. It was the perfect base for our hikes in NCNP— so close to the park and also a perfect distance from the main st in Winthrop. Only thing that was unfortunate was the amount of bees outsides on the porches- they kept us from spending much time on the adorable patios. Besides that it was cozy and homey. Would absolutely come back.
This place is perfect for a quiet anniversary trip. Can’t wait to come back. Our hike plans in NCNP were foiled by the road closure, as was our plan to complete the scenic highway loop. But we found alternative hikes, there are so many good ones! And more lovely stillness in the forest than we had planned. The bed is very comfortable

So easy to check in and close to a lot of great hikes and too many amazing pastries and scones in Mazama. Decks and fenced garden were so nice.

This was our third visit to Rocky Top. Love the quiet and the big fenced-in yard for the dog. Comfy bed. Everything we needed except a blender.
Love the setting - quiet and private yet not far from town. The cabin is warm and cozy, especially with the gas stove. And you allow us to bring our dog.
Incredibly cozy cabin close to everything but with a very private feel. Loved the attention to a well stocked kitchen, as well as the luxurious bath. Would definitely stay again!

The location, views, and propane stove are great.
Had a nice two night stay. Very cozy and lovely cabin. The gas fireplace adds nice ambiance and warmth. The living area, with has two large windows that bring in the forest and is a nice view. The court yard is a nice space to hang out outside. The cabin was spotless.
