Sleeps 1-6, Max Occupancy: 6
Located on the upper edge of the Town of Winthrop, on the high-bank of the Chewuch River, is Tom's Mom's house-Emma's House. Built in the 60's. It is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rambler, with enough room to stretch out. Lots of light, with large windows that face east, south, and west. There is a patio out back that looks over the river gorge, at tree-top level....a picnic table, barbecue, and outdoor seating. There is room for your horse trailers, or snowmobile trailers to park, and it is an easy stroll to the old west Winthrop boardwalk shops and eateries. Not too much further up the road is the turn off to Pearrygin Lake.
Inside, the living room is large and spacious, with a nice dining area. The kitchen is large enough for someone to make a mess, while someone else is trying to cook. (not a bad plan for a family house). Three bedrooms are 'down the hall', as are the 1.5 bathrooms.
There is one King, and two Queen bedrooms.
