No SmokingLocated on the upper edge of the Town of Winthrop, on the high bank of the Chewuch River, is Tom’s Mom’s house-Emma’s House. Built in the 60s. It is a 3-bedroom, 1.75-bathroom rambler, with enough room to stretch out. The House has a newly updated kitchen and flooring. The half bath has recently been converted to a .75 bathroom with a shower—lots of light from large windows facing east, south, and west. There is a patio out back that overlooks the river gorge at treetop level... a picnic table, barbecue, and outdoor seating. There is room for your horse trailers or snowmobile trailers to park, and it is an easy stroll to the old-west Winthrop boardwalk shops and eateries. Not too much further up the road is the turnoff to Pearrygin Lake.
Inside, the living room is large and spacious, with a nice dining area. A smart TV is available for people to enjoy their fave streaming options. The newly updated kitchen is large enough for someone to make a mess, while someone else is trying to cook. (Not a bad plan for a family house). Three bedrooms are ‘down the hall’, as are the 1.75 bathrooms. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower.
A universal Tesla Wall Connector, 50 amps, NACS & J1772 compatible, is available for those with electric vehicles.
There is one king-size bedroom and two queen-size bedrooms.

This was such a family friendly property! My kids were delighted with the basket of toys and room to run around outside! I was thrilled with the amount of baking dishes and pots and pans.
Excellent home that fit all of our needs. Perfect location to walk to Winthrop and drive to Pearrygin Lake.
It's got a good amount of space inside and outside, very well equiped kitchen, and very peaceful while only a short walk into the centre of town. Was very comfortable (though very soft mattress on one bed) and homey feeling, and well set up for kids. Loved the deer in the garden, and sitting watching the river in the evening.

The family became very comfortable in the house. The new floors and kitchen were very nice. Happy to have a house in a location where 4 generations could come together and spend time with the family. Will consider this house again.
WiFi is good and kitchen items are sufficient, these two areas are important for us working remotely and skiing daily
Large and convenient driveway and garage for 2 cars (which was very useful when it started to snow). Nice views on Methow river from the backyard. Town centre with stores, ice rink and skiing trails 3-5 mins drive away. Definitely will consider going back during winter or summer.

We had a great time in Winthrop. We were there for an extra long weekend of fishing. Was centrally located to access some great water.
