The Rendezvous Suite is a two-bedroom, and loft apartment, that has a private entrance to the second and third floors of the rear addition to the historic Guy Waring building. A set of outdoor steps lead to a north-facing deck, with BBQ. The living area, kitchen, and bath are on the 'main' second-story floor, while sleeping accommodations are upstairs, and include a private bedroom with a queen size bed, and a separate dormer nook with a twin bed. Sleeps 3. Entertainment areas include a living room with a big screen smart TV, and a full kitchen for all your gourmet needs.

Guy's Place occupies the original upstairs of the Guy Waring Guest House. It is located above the street-level commercial space, which has been a printing shop, a western store, a hat shop, and various other businesses over the years. The upstairs was, at one time, divided into small single rooms, with a chimney and stove for heat. It is now a generous sitting room with television, a large bedroom and wonderful bath.

The bedroom window faces south, above the Winthrop boardwalk, and is a great place for seeing the goings on of the neighbors. Additionally, there are a variety of street gatherings during the year, and the Savoy Suite allows ease of access to events like 'Christmas at the end of the road', the 'Balloon Festival', 'Thanksgiving fireworks', 'Antique car show', and it's a short walk home from the many nightly entertainment options.
